Fast Solid Prepreg/PP Board

1.Fiberglass board has high strength, low density, (the minimum density can reach 0.8, composite other materials such as PMI density can be lower), fire protection and other characteristics, widely used in plate protective cover, battery cover and so on.

2. Features:

2.1 Low molding temperature, high efficiency;

2.2  High flame retardant, and passed by needle flame test;

2.3 It can be saped tailbone, convex and other difficult structures.

2.4 The material is the same color as the PU, no visual differences by 3D unibody molding;

2.5 The forming temperature of the material is low, and it can be integrated with PU leather and silicone leather.

2.6 High efficiency, no need for secondary skin, especially 2D skin, the use of large vacuum hydraulic press, huge production capacity, each furnace can produce 2D skin battery cover 10K, daily production capacity of more than 300K, greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production costs.
