Heating Films for New Energy Vehicle Power Batteries

What are the heating films for new energy vehicle power batteries?

First of all, the working principle of the heating film for new energy vehicle batteries is that low temperature causes the increase of internal resistance of the battery. By installing a device that can generate oscillating current at both ends of the battery, the current passes through the battery core with a large internal resistance, so that a large amount of heat is generated inside the battery, and finally the battery temperature rises rapidly. Generally, the heating films used in new energy batteries include: silicone heating film, PI heating film and epoxy board heating film. According to the application requirements, these three types are more common. The differences are as follows: the silicone heating film can withstand a temperature of up to 250 degrees, with a product thickness of 1.6 ± 0.2mm and a withstand voltage of 2500V/1Min; the PI heating film can withstand a temperature of 180 degrees, with a product thickness of 0.3-0.5mm and a withstand voltage of AC1500V/1Min; the epoxy board heating film can withstand a temperature of 180 degrees, with a thickness of 0.8-2mm and a withstand voltage of 2500V/1Min. Actual use can be customized according to specific needs.
